Write for OfficeToolGuide
We publish practical writing that helps people choose and use office software: what a free plan really covers, how a tool behaves on a real task, how to move between tools without losing work. Contributions go through the same checks as our own pages before anything is published.
What we ask for
- A real, named author with a company and a website we can check.
- A short pitch first: the working title, the reader's problem, and the first-hand experience or data it draws on.
- Original, unpublished writing. Claims about a tool must match the vendor's own pages.
- Links only where they help the reader. Keyword-stuffed anchor text is declined.
- Disclosure of any commercial relationship with a product or company you mention.
What we decline automatically
- Topics unrelated to office software, productivity or work.
- Gambling, adult content, illegal products, deceptive financial schemes, unsafe supplements or malware.
- Spun, copied or machine-generated filler, and articles written mainly to carry links.
- Anonymous or unverifiable authors.
Tool listings are not for sale, and a contribution never changes how a tool is listed. Paid, clearly labelled sponsorship is a separate thing — see advertising & sponsorship.
